We have been producing a variety of wholesome, tasty raw milk cheeses since 2004. At that time, the initial goal here at Whispering Brook Farm was to supplement our milk sales with value added products, with Cheese as the focus.
A dozen years later, our FOCUS continues to be in providing high quality, hormone and antibiotic free cheeses from farms that graze the cattle. We only use sea salts as flavoring, and local fresh ingredients as much as possible.
